Please be advised that submitting this online form does not guarantee a spot at Coastal Hope Academy. Enrollment is only confirmed after you have verified application receipt and space availability with the center director.

To finalize your child's placement, a registration fee must be paid and all additional required paperwork must be completed and submitted.
